Length: 6 weeks
Format: Weekly 90-min Zoom sessions + private group space + weekly integration tasks

- Get clear on your actual role and where to draw the line
Week 2 – Leadership presence
Stay grounded under pressure
- Learn tools to regulate emotions before meetings, conflict, etc.
- Shift from reactive to intentional leadership
- NLP/EFT-based techniques for calm confidence
Week 3 – Empathy & Psychological Safety
Build trust without being a doormat
- Create emotionally safe spaces in 1:1s and team meetings
- Use empathy with boundaries
- Learn “Reflect + Redirect” feedback technique
Week 4 – Accountability
Structure that builds trust
- Set expectations and hold others accountable – kindly
- Manage up and sideways without people-pleasing
- How to run effective 1:1s and build team rituals
Week 5 – Resilience
Lead without burning out
- Spot early signs of burnout in self + team
- Create an energetic boundaries plan
- Heal past leadership wounds and rewire trust in self
Week 6 – Integration week
Leading with clarity & confidence
- Revisit values, leadership identity, and systems
- Integration planning: What will you take forward?
- Optional 1:1s or small breakout pods for reflection
